About Big Bear Pirate Ship Tours
The Big Bear Pirate ship casts off from Holloways Marina. Climb aboard this 1/3 scale replica of a 16th Century Spanish Galleon for a unique experience! As the only boat on Big Bear Lake with a liquor license, there is a full bar on board that adults can enjoy plus water and soda for the kids.
The Tours
Each tour lasts about 90 minutes and is full of live entertainment and authentic pirates! Landlubbers are sure to get their sea legs in no time. The pirate captains change depending on the day and go wherever the “sea” takes them, so no two tours will be the same. It’s the perfect way to learn a little about the area while having a great time! Plus, if you bring kids, there’s nothing like seeing the excitement on their face when they meet a pirate for the first time.
When Do the Big Bear Pirate Ship Tours Take Place?
The Pirate Ship sets sail every day from May to October. There are guaranteed tours every Wednesday at 2 p.m. and there will always be cruises on Saturdays and Sundays. However, specific times for launch vary, so make sure to make an inquiry on the Big Bear Pirate Ship website or by calling (909) 878-4040.
